Eligibility Criteria
TNPL Manager eligibility criteria include age limit, educational qualification and experience. All conditions must be fulfilled as on 1st of the month in which advertisement is released.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- General Manager - Production (Paper Board & Tissue): First Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology (or) Full Time Arts/Science Degree with First Class Full Time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology + Minimum 29 years post-qualification experience in large size continuous process plant with working experience in Multilayer Coated Paper Board & Tissue Machine operation.
- Deputy General Manager (Cement Marketing): First Class Full Time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Marketing Management (or) equivalent + Minimum 26 years post-qualification experience in Cement Marketing field.
- Assistant General Manager (Marketing - Paper) – Southern Region: Same qualification as DGM (Marketing) + Minimum 23 years post-qualification experience in Paper Marketing field.
- Assistant Manager (Cement Marketing): Same qualification as above + Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in Cement Marketing field.
- Assistant Manager (Laboratory) – Tissue Plant: First Class 3 years B.Sc. + First Class 2 years M.Sc. (Chemistry) (or) First Class B.E./B.Tech in Pulp and Paper Technology (or) equivalent PG Diploma + Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in integrated Pulp & Paper / Tissue Plant laboratory testing.
