The UP Anganwadi is recruiting Anganwadi Karyakatri (Workers) with 75 vacancies available. Applicants must be women aged between 18 to 35 years with a minimum educational qualification of Intermediate (Class 12). Selection will be merit-based on educational qualifications.
Only women candidates are eligible to apply for designated Anganwadi Worker posts. Applicants must be permanent residents of the ward or Gram Sabha of the post applied for. For urban area vacancies, applicants must be permanent residents of the concerned ward, as verified through the urban body's records. Minimum age: 18 years. Maximum age: 35 years (as of January 1, 2026 cut-off date).
Educational Qualifications
The minimum educational qualification is Intermediate (Class 12 / 10+2) or its equivalent. The maximum educational qualification also considered is equivalent to Intermediate - meaning merit is prepared based on education up to this level.
