Advisor Land Matters (ALM): At the time of retirement, should have attained Deputy Collector Rank. Revenue Consultant (RC): At the time of retirement, should have at least attained Tahsildar Rank. Estate Officer (EO): At the time of retirement, should have at least attained Tahsildar rank or be a Retired Officer from the Armed Forces.
