Selection Process
Merit list prepared based on points/scoring system from eligible applications. Personal Interview and/or Skill Test will be conducted as applicable. Selection based on educational qualification (60 marks), experience (up to 10 marks), helpline experience bonus (up to 10 marks), and interview/test (20 marks). Final appointment based on interview performance and qualifications.
