Trade Apprentices

Minimum Age: Minimum age for an apprentice is 14 years. Maximum Age: 18 years for designated trades related to hazardous industries, as per section 3(a) of the Apprentice Act, 1961 and amendments thereof. Upper Age Limit: The upper age limit is 35 years.

Educational Qualifications for Non-ITI Category: Should have passed Madhyamik (class X std or equivalent) as on closing date of application with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with duration as marks in Mathematics and Science each.
