Only bona-fide Himachali candidates are eligible to apply for this recruitment. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC and EWS categories must submit their relevant category certificate along with the application. The educational qualification required for each post is given in the table below.

| Para Fitter | Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI/Institute, OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in the above trades under the Skill Development Scheme of the Government. |

- Certificate and experience proof, if any, of the related field issued by the competent authority
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
- EWS category certificate issued by the competent authority (not older than six months)
- Candidates applying for the post of Multipurpose Worker must compulsorily attach the detailed marks sheet of Middle Standard (8th). If the marks sheet is not issued by the concerned Education Board, a detailed marks certificate from the school principal must be attached instead.
