The age limit for HPPSC Assistant Professor 2026 is fixed at 18 to 45 years, calculated as on 1 January 2026, based on the date of birth recorded in the candidate's Matriculation or equivalent certificate. Selection Process
Selection involves a two-paper written test, followed by a Personality Test. The process begins with document scrutiny and provisional admission, moves to the screening and aptitude tests, and concludes with a Personality Test held at the Commission's office in Shimla. Final merit is based on the combined score of Paper-II and the interview.
