M. Tech. in Materials Engineering / Metallurgy / Materials Science and Engineering / Nanoscience and Technology / Energy Science and Technology (OR) M. Sc. (Chemistry / Physics / Materials Science with valid GATE / CSIR score) and relevant area.
Desirable: Background in CALPHAD and/or Materials Characterization.
Willingness to register for PhD.
