- Computer Operator: Bachelor Degree from a recognised University with diploma/Certificate in Computers; 5 years' experience as a Grade IV employee in the High Court of Meghalaya.
- Typist: Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with Diploma/Certificate in Typing; 5 years' experience as a Grade IV employee in the High Court of Meghalaya.
