Mizoram University is inviting applications for the recruitment of 01 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and 01 Project Associate under a DRDO sponsored project. Candidates with relevant M.E./M.Tech. or B.E./B.Tech. qualifications are encouraged to apply by 14 July 2026.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / IT / AI / Data Science / Cyber Security or equivalent with First Class. Preference to GATE/NET qualified and experience in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Cyber Security, Python.
Project Associate (PA): B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / IT / ECE or equivalent with First Class. Preference to skills in Python/C++, AI, ML, Software Development, Web/Mobile App Development, Computer Vision.

Salary Structure
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000/- + 9% HRA per month
Project Associate (PA): ₹27,500/- + 9% HRA per month (First Year)

The appointments are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointment at Mizoram University or DRDO.
Performance will be reviewed monthly. Unsatisfactory performance may lead to immediate termination.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Candidates must produce original documents at the time of interview/joining.
