- 10th pass.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Central/ State Govt.
- Experience of working in the State revenue department in Haryana.
- Activities pertaining to land acquisition as per RFCTLARR Act, 2013.
- Coordination with Land Acquisition authorities in Panipat District.
- Verification of prepared village-wise land requirement based on available revenue records and Khasra maps.
