Selection to these consolidated pay posts will be made by the respective College Principal through direct interview, based on priority conditions laid down by the Directorate of Art and Culture. Priority will be given to candidates who possess the prescribed educational qualification and prior work experience, proficiency in the concerned subject area, and senior artistes.
