Eligibility Criteria
- Subject Matter Specialist (Food Science & Technology): Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject relaxable to M.Sc. with consistently good academic record i.e. 55% marks at Master's level. A relaxation of 5% from 55% to 50% of marks at Master's level shall be provided to SC/ST categories. NET compulsory along with one publication in NAAS rated journal for Master's degree holders.
- Subject Matter Specialist (Vegetable Science): Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject relaxable to M.Sc. with consistently good academic record i.e. 55% marks at Master's level. A relaxation of 5% from 55% to 50% of marks at Master's level shall be provided to SC/ST categories. NET compulsory along with one publication in NAAS rated journal for Master's degree holders.
- Subject Matter Specialist (Entomology): Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject relaxable to M.Sc. with consistently good academic record i.e. 55% marks at Master's level. A relaxation of 5% from 55% to 50% of marks at Master's level shall be provided to SC/ST categories. NET compulsory along with one publication in NAAS rated journal for Master's degree holders.
- Subject Matter Specialist (Soil Science): Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject relaxable to M.Sc. with consistently good academic record i.e. 55% marks at Master's level.
