Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process
No written examination or personal interview is prescribed for this recruitment. Applications received will be scrutinised by the Pourakarmika Neravu Paavathi Recruitment Appointment Committee. Selection will be based on the priority criteria including prior work experience and other documented verifications.
Salary
Wages for candidates appointed on a Neravu Paavathi basis will be fixed as per the minimum wages notified by the Labour Department, along with Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) benefits.

- Attendance records certified by the concerned Pourayukta (for experience claims)
- Medical fitness certificate issued by a government doctor
- Self-declaration of Kannada language knowledge
- Caste/community certificate, for candidates claiming eligibility under the Manual Scavenger category
- Death certificate and legal heir/family certificate, for candidates applying under the compassionate category
