Age Criteria

Not more than one spouse, if married. No criminal case pending or convicted. Alternatively, persons above 35 years with a degree in Social Science preferably in Sociology or Psychology and working in social service/welfare activities promoting family and child care.

Eligibility Criteria

Citizen of India
Master's Degree in Social Science preferably in Sociology or Psychology with a minimum experience of 3 years in family counseling.
Able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Sound health, good physique and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity, or communicable disease.
Not more than one spouse, if married.
No criminal case pending or convicted.
