Drafting and Vetting of various kinds of Agreements, MOU's, Lease Deed, Power of Attorneys (POA), Indemnity Bond, BGs, Consortium Agreements, EOI's and Tender Documents etc. Rendering legal advice/ opinion in the matters/ cases assigned to Legal Department.
