Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Education: Class 12 (Higher Secondary) pass.
  • Good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English.
  • Numerical/calculation ability.
  • Must have worked as a Self-Help Group (SHG) Promoter for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Must be a woman SHG member affiliated to the Panchayat-level Federation.
  • Belong to the target community identified through the People's Welfare Survey (Makkal Nilai Aayvu).
  • Preference for candidates with computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
  • Must possess an Android smartphone with the ability to send SMS/WhatsApp messages.
  • Experience in visiting banks, conducting transactions, and filling loan application forms.
  • Good communication skills.
